2009-2010 Season Registration

Last Year Divisions filled up. Do not end up on a waitlist.

A registration may be approved only after completion of the following steps (please read them all before continuing):

STEP 1 (ON-LINE):
Begin here by reading and accepting the AYSO Region 78 Registration Agreement. Print a copy for your records before accepting.

STEP 2 (ON-LINE):
After accepting the AYSO Region 78 Registration Agreement, your browser wll be re-directed to the AYSO National Registration System, eAYSO, where you can use your existing account (if you have one) or create a new account to complete (a) your child(s) registration form and (b) your volunteer form. A player will not be registered unless a volunteer form is also submitted by the player's parent/guardian.

Before exiting the registration system, please print out two copies of the registration form for each child you are registering and two copies of your volunteer form. You will need them to finalize your child's registration.

STEP 3 (ON-LINE):
You can pay online with a credit or debit card, or pay in-person with cash, check, credit card or debit card at one of our registration events. For players 6-19 years old, we offer a $20 discount for registrations completed on-line before our first registration event on May 31. Additional information regarding payment and fees can be found here. If you pay on-line, please print a copy of your receipt for your records.

STEP 4 (IN-PERSON):
If you are (a) a parent/guardian of a returning player and (b) an active volunteer (coach, referee, regional staff or regional board member) planning on maintaining that role for the 2009-2010 season and (c) have paid on-line, your registration is complete. During the summer, you will receive notice of a meeting related to your volunteer position and can turn in your forms at that meeting.

If you are (a) not a parent/guardian of a returning player or (b) not an active volunteer (coach, referee, regional staff or regional board member) or not planning on maintaining that role for the 2009-2010 season or (c) have not paid on-line, you will need to complete your registration in-person at our final registration event. The exact time and date will be sent to you sometime in June. Please bring with you (a) two copies of the forms which you have printed out in Steps 1-3 above, (b) a valid driver's license or other form of government-issued identification, (c) payment for any fees not paid on-line, and (d) and two copies of a completed AYSO Region 78 Parent Participation form which can be found here.

A player's registration is not complete until all four of the steps have been completed. For more information, after completing registration see I'm Registered, Now What?

Partially-registered players will be placed on waiting lists until registration is completed.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

If you wish to register for our Sunday-only program - please add "SUNDAY ONLY" to the box on the registration form used to identify siblings in our program.

If you wish to request a partial-scholarship, please bring proof of your child's eligibility for the Federal Free Lunch Program that you participate in at your child's school.
