AYSO Region 78 Refund Policy and Procedure

1.   Policy:
  
A FULL refund will be given if the request is postmarked by 7/31/2009. 

A 50% refund will be given if the request is postmarked by 8/30/2009.

Once a child practices with any AYSO Region 78 team, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

If we are unable to place your child on a team, a full refund will be given.

2.  Process: 

All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to the Treasurer at:

Include the player's name, birthdate and to whom the refund check should be issued, along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope.
